Peer Review

Technical peer assessment of the proposal.

Inside Each Review Stage

From Individual Observations to One Official Evaluation

Within every stage, a review team assesses the proposal criterion by criterion. The rapporteur brings member observations together into a single consolidated evaluation, which the team leader approves and submits as evidence for the decision. Each criterion has an importance rating and an assessment from Not Met to Fully Met. Anything not met or partially met needs a recorded corrective action.

  1. 01

    Proposal Enters Review

A submitted proposal is routed to the review stage that matches its level.

  2. 02

    Team Records Observations

Review team members assess the proposal and submit their observations.

  3. 03

    Leader Consolidates

The rapporteur records the official assessment for every criterion, with evidence, and the team leader approves it.

  4. 04

    Decision Is Recorded

The locked evaluation becomes evidence for the stage decision and any required revisions.
